Brief Overview
Forcing pets to consume junk food every day of their lives is a cruel and nasty practice. Criminal penalties apply.
Conning consumers into buying junk pet food and conning vet students into believing junk pet food is acceptable are fraudulent activities. Criminal penalties apply.
The junk pet food industry is controlled by three massive multi-national corporations: Mars, Nestlé and Colgate-Palmolive. The companies earn $billions, but being multi-nationals paying their dues, paying taxes is optional.
In the UK all of the above is facilitated by the corrupt so-called regulator the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
Since 1997 I have contested every RCVS election in the hope something could be done to stop the massive cruelty and fraud.
In most years, I allege, the RCVS interfered with the election process.
In 2017, utilising the provisions of the RCVS Election Scheme, I have challenged the legality of the election.
The RCVS want to appoint a three person Challenge Committee to evaluate the challenge.
However, I allege that since the chosen Committee members are both RCVS Councillors and also hail from UK vet schools, that those members are neither independent nor impartial.
An eminent lawyer, Mr Richard Price OBE, QC is charged with the task of informing the RCVS and the Challenge Committee. See the correspondence. |
